Welcome to Absolute Pilates, owned and operated by Lynda Capocefalo, certified Pilates instructor since 2003 and former professional dancer. I offer professional instruction in the classic Pilates method on both the mat and state-of-the-art equipment. My studio is centrally and conveniently located in Executive Woods, 4 Atrium Drive, just off Everett Road and exit 5 of interstate 90 in Albany, New York.
