Classes and Rates

At Absolute Pilates in Albany Lynda and two clients work in the studio

Mat Class

Group classes combining all exercises without use of apparatus. Minimum 2 people; maximum 7 people. Registered students receive first priority. Walk-ins welcome!

$18 per class
$15 per class with a 10 class package

Private Class

One-on-One class using the mat and all of the apparatus.

Prime time hours:
$65 per class
$60 per class with a 5 or 10 class package

Non-prime time rates for private classes only:
$55 per class
$50 per class with a 5 or 10 class package

Duet Class

Two-person class using the mat and all of the apparatus.

$40 per class
$35 per class with a 5 or 10 class package

Trio & Quattro Class

Three or four person class using the mat and all of the apparatus.
(To join a Trio or Quattro class, a student must have previously taken 7 Private Classes and 2 Duets)

$35 per class
$22 per class with a 5 or 10 class package

All classes are 55 minutes long.

Appointments required for all classes, excluding Mat Class.

Method of payment: Cash or checks only, please.

Class cancellation policy: clients will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

Refunds: No refunds.

Expiration: All class packages expire six months from date of purchase.

Transfers: Packages are not transferable.
